NOVELTY - Preparing high-orientation graphene-aluminum-based composite material comprises (i) taking the graphene, graphene oxide, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, silicon carbide, ammonium bicarbonate and pure tungsten powder to prepare mixed powder, (ii) placing the mixed powder in the ball milling tank, vacuumizing, ball milling in ball mill, and obtaining the mixed uniform composite powder, (iii) cooling the composite powder in vacuum environment to prepare the prefabricated body, (iv) placing the preform in 700-800℃ mold for heat preservation, heating the pretreatment in the mold, and soaking the copper solution into the prefabricated body, (v) adding the graphene coated with the mass fraction of 0.2-0.3% of aluminum powder into the melt to stir, and blowing high-purity argon gas into the melt during the stirring, and (vi) placing the composite sheet in the casting mold, and placing the graphene/aluminum melt in the casting mold for casting and molding. USE - The method is useful in optical, electrical, mechanical, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and medicine delivery. ADVANTAGE - The method provides uniform distribution, high heat conducting conductivity, controllable heat conducting direction and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-orientation graphene-aluminum-based composite material comprises (i) taking the graphene, graphene oxide, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, silicon carbide, ammonium bicarbonate and pure tungsten powder to prepare mixed powder, (ii) placing the mixed powder in the ball milling tank, vacuumizing, ball milling in ball mill, where the rotating speed of ball mill is 120-150 revolutions/minute, the ratio of ball to material is 10:1, ball milling for 2-2.5 hours, the vacuum degree is 10-3-10-4 Pa, and obtaining the mixed uniform composite powder, (iii) cooling the composite powder in vacuum environment with the pressure of 25-30 MPa and the pressure maintaining time of 5-8 minutes to prepare the prefabricated body, (iv) placing the preform in 700-800℃ mold for heat preservation, heating the pretreatment in the mold, and soaking the copper solution into the prefabricated body, (v) adding the graphene coated with the mass fraction of 0.2-0.3% of aluminum powder into the melt to stir, and blowing high-purity argon gas into the melt during the stirring, and (vi) placing the composite sheet in the casting mold, and placing the graphene/aluminum melt in the casting mold for casting and molding.
