NOVELTY - The device has a thermal reservoir basal body and a refrigerator body arranged with graphene strips. Porphine molecules are coupled between the graphene strips of the thermal reservoir basal body and the refrigerator body. Connection direction ends of two hydrogen atoms in a center end of the porphine molecules are arranged parallel to connection direction ends of two coupling points after the porphine molecules are coupled with the graphene strips. A positive electrode is formed on a graphene tape of the thermal reservoir basal body. A negative electrode is formed on a graphene tape of the refrigerator body. USE - Porphine-graphene nanometer belt coupling based thermo-electric device. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures angle of the porphine molecules in a coupling structure for 90 degrees to obtain high ZT thermoelectric.
