NOVELTY - The device has a thermal reservoir basal body and a refrigerator body arranged with graphene strips. USE - Porphine-graphene nanometer belt coupling based thermo-electric device. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures angle of the porphine molecules in a coupling structure for 90 degrees to obtain high ZT thermoelectric.
