▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anti-ultraviolet fabric involves extruding the graphene at speed of 1000mL per hours, adding into the coagulation liquid in mass ratio of 1:15-20, cooling to 10-15 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, allowing to stand for 4-6 hours to solidify into graphene hydrogel film, mixing uniformly by receiving direct current electric field of 10-15cm and subjecting to the electrostatic spinning to obtain the composite viscose fiber. The obtained composite viscose fiber, nano-bamboo carbon fiber, polyamide fiber, silk fiber and nano silver ion fiber are mixed in mass ratio of 4-6:2-3:1-2:0.2-0.6. USE - Method for preparing anti-ultraviolet fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare anti-ultraviolet fabric improves durability and additional value of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-ultraviolet fabric involves extruding the graphene at speed of 1000mL per hours, adding into the coagulation liquid in mass ratio of 1:15-20, cooling to 10-15 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, allowing to stand for 4-6 hours to solidify into graphene hydrogel film, mixing uniformly by receiving direct current electric field of 10-15cm and subjecting to the electrostatic spinning to obtain the composite viscose fiber. The obtained composite viscose fiber, nano-bamboo carbon fiber, polyamide fiber, silk fiber and nano silver ion fiber are mixed in mass ratio of 4-6:2-3:1-2:0.2-0.6, mixed uniformly, added dispersing agent and softening agent at 40-60 degrees C. The obtained product is stirred uniformly and naturally dried to obtain anti-ultraviolet fabric.
