▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/calcium phosphate ceramic composite support with antibacterial function comprises placing porous calcium phosphate ceramic in a certain concentration of graphene-based material solution, absorbing the graphene-based material on the surface and pores of the porous calcium phosphate ceramic by vacuum infusion, and drying to obtain the graphene/calcium phosphate ceramic composite support. The porous calcium phosphate ceramic is a single-phase or two-phase composition of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate. The graphene-based material comprises graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, and/or quaternized modified graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene/calcium phosphate ceramic composite support in clinical infectious bone defect regeneration and repair. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/calcium phosphate ceramic composite support which has good bone inducing performance, good antibacterial activity and wide application prospect in clinical infectious bone defect regeneration and repair.
