The primer material is prepared by putting epoxy reactive diluent, epoxy resin, wetting and dispersing agent, defoamer, leveling agent, mica powder, magnesium silicate, fumed silica, anti-rust agent, corrosion inhibitor and active zinc powder. USE - Method for preparing graphene-containing solvent-free water-based epoxy functional electrostatic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-containing solvent-free water-based epoxy functional electrostatic coating, which greatly reduces construction cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-containing solvent-free water-based epoxy functional electrostatic coating involves preparing primer and a top coat. The primer comprises primer material and a primer curing agent. The top coat comprises tpcoat curing agent composition. The primer material is prepared by putting epoxy reactive diluent, epoxy resin, wetting and dispersing agent, defoamer, leveling agent, mica powder, magnesium silicate, fumed silica, anti-rust agent, corrosion inhibitor and active zinc powder. The top coat is prepared by putting epoxy reactive diluent, epoxy resin, liquid nitrile rubber, wetting and dispersing agent, defoamer, leveling agent, mica powder, magnesium silicate, fumed silica and colorant. The primer material and top coating material are also put into small layer of graphene dispersion slurry.
