▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves adding a dropped dispersed graphene oxide solution to a surface of an electrode to obtain a graphene oxide electrode. An electrochemical oxidation of graphite electrodes modified alkylene is prepared. Concentration of tetracycline is detected to draw a standard curve of an oxidation peak current value. A cyclic voltammogram of a test solution is obtained. A liquid crystal panel is tested in tetracycline tartaric acid-sodium tart-rate buffer solution. The oxidation peak current value is read into the standard curve to obtain the concentration of tetracycline solution. USE - Modified tetracycline graphene oxide electrode detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting tetracycline with high sensitivity and ensuring the high sensitivity at a low concentration of 0.1mg/L and better detection effect with large detection range.
