NOVELTY - Preparation of ternary metal self-lubricating composite material involves taking 90-100 pts. wt. copper powder, 20-30 pts. wt. titanium powder, 10-15 pts. wt. tungsten powder, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. kaolin, 0.04-0.06 pt. wt. castor oil and 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. adamantane, ball milling, mixing for 4 hours, adding 10-13 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. sodium stearate, 5-7 pts. wt. 1,3-adamantanediol and 11-13 pts. wt. tantalum disulfide, mixing for 4 hours, soaking in ethanol solution for 30-40 minutes, ultrasonic treating, recovering ethanol, heating at 110 degrees C for 90-100 minutes, grinding, and pressing. USE - Method for preparing ternary metal self-lubricating composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and has high mechanical strength.
