NOVELTY - Graphene is manufactured by accommodating organic solvent (S) in reaction container (1), applying pulse voltage between a pair of electrodes (2, 21), immersing in organic solvent, vaporizing organic solvent, generating glow discharge in bubble formed, generating plasma (P), decomposing organic solvent with active species in plasma, depositing graphene, collecting graphene from organic solvent, and drying collected graphene. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Manufacture of graphene is low cost, and mass production of good quality graphene is possible at high speed.
