NOVELTY - Preparing large-diameter graphene oxide based on scaly graphene involves putting graphite flakes and sodium nitrate into the reaction kettle, adding concentrated sulfuric acid at a temperature of 0-2 degrees C, stirring at a speed of 150-200r/min for 0.5-1h, then adding intercalation agent, after stirring for 1-1.5 hours, adding potassium permanganate, stirring at a speed of 300-350 r/min and a temperature of 10-15 degrees C for 3-5 minutes at a temperature of 35-40 degrees C, continue to stir for 3-5h to prepare a pre-oxidized graphene suspension. The deionized water is added to the pre-oxidized graphene suspension and stirred for 0.5-1 hours at a speed of 200-300r/min and a temperature of 90-95 degrees C. The hydrogen peroxide is added and continue stirring for 1 1.5 hours. The filtrate is removed by filtration, the filter cake is washed with dilute hydrochloric acid, and then washed with deionized water to a pH of 7.
