▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of functionalized includes sonicating graphene oxide dispersion, low-speed centrifuging, collecting upper solution, sonicating to completely strip the graphene oxide, high-speed centrifuging to remove unstripped graphene oxide, and collecting stripped graphene oxide; and adding to deionized water, sonicating, adding surfactant, mixing, sonicating, stirring, and heating. USE - Method for production of functionalized graphene used for adsorption of highly active mycotoxin, such as zearalenone, voitoxin, aflatoxin, fumonisin or ochratoxin A (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene has excellent dispersibility and improved mycotoxin adsorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of functionalized graphene comprises sonicating graphene oxide dispersion, low-speed centrifuging to remove lower layer aggregates, collecting upper solution, sonicating to completely strip the graphene oxide, high-speed centrifuging to remove unstripped graphene oxide, and collecting stripped graphene oxide; and adding to deionized water, sonicating to obtain monolayer or multilayer structure oxidized graphene dispersion, adding surfactant, mixing, sonicating, stirring at room temperature for 24-48 hours to obtain homogeneous mixture, and heating to 70-95 degrees C for 6-10 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of functionalized graphene comprising dispersing 1-5 mg/mL functionalized graphene in water, ultrasonically stirring, adding less than or equal to 0.1 mu g/kg mycotoxin sample, mixing, subjecting to adsorption reaction at 60-95 degrees C for 1-10 hours, adjusting pH of the middle reaction liquid to 9-12.6, sampling, and detecting.
