NOVELTY - Transferring graphene, comprises (a) synthesizing graphene layer on one side of catalytic metal film, (b) laminating flexible transfer film (130) on graphene (120) to obtain first laminated structure, (c) removing catalyst metal film from first laminated structure to obtain second laminated structure, (d) pressing target substrate (140) with graphene of second laminated structure by facing to each other to obtain tertiary laminated structure, (e) generating static electricity on tertiary laminated structure by electrostatic generating unit (200), and (f) removing flexible transfer film. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces formation of void between target substrate, and improves uniform sheet resistance.
