NOVELTY - The method involves using a laser beam with a first graphene layer (20). The first graphene layer is transferred on a first side of a substrate (10) to remove a protection film (30), which patterns a second graphene layer (40) by using plasma. The second graphene layer is transferred on a second side of the substrate. The patterned first graphene layer is covered with the protection film, where the protection film comprises material with temperature greater than predetermined temperature. USE - Method for manufacturing a touch screen panel of a display device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables easily removing the protection film when the protection film is removed after patterning of the first graphene layer so as to effectively prevent the patterned first graphene layer or the patterned second graphene layer from being damaged in process of removing the protection film, thus shortening manufacturing time and improving manufacturing process of a touch screen panel.
