NOVELTY - Controlling temperature consistency of dot-matrix heat source comprises uniformly distributing single machine on surface the size greater than preset size module. Active mounting plate below the single machine is embedded with phase change heat pipe. Heat conducting silicone grease is laid between single-machine and active installation plate. Single machine uniformly distributed on module with surface size less than the preset size. Phase change plate with the same surface size is installed above module, and graphene is laid on phase change board. Thermistor and heater are adhered to the heat-conducting silicone grease or the phase-change board. The active temperature control loop uses load bus as the heater to supply power. The satellite platform controls the switch of heater according to the thermistor telemetry temperature. Reducing heat leakage of edge module, antenna array surface except for ground, and other five surfaces are covered with multi-layer heat insulation component. USE - The method is useful for controlling temperature consistency of a dot-matrix heat source. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the conventional heat pipe cannot be cross-module mounting difficulty, and it is matched with the measuring and controlling temperature technology to realize the sub-area intelligent the heat control function. The heat leakage of the edge module, the antenna array surface except for the ground, the other five surfaces are covered with multi-layer heat insulation component.
