NOVELTY - Polylactic acid modified graphene oxide oxygen barrier tube comprises 100 pts. wt. random copolymer polypropylene, 1-20 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. masterbatch, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. polyphthalamide and 1-10 pts. wt. polylactic acid modified graphene oxide polymer. USE - Used as polylactic acid modified graphene oxide oxygen barrier tube. ADVANTAGE - The barrier tube: combines the ultra-high specific surface area and barrier performance of graphene oxide; changes the dispersion of graphene in the matrix; and has stronger mechanical properties and oxygen barrier performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polylactic acid-modified graphene oxide oxygen barrier tube comprising (a) adding random copolymer polypropylene, toughening agent, masterbatch, antioxidant, polyphthalamide and polylactic acid modified graphene oxide polymer, (b) uniformly mixing graphene oxide polymer modified with random copolymer polypropylene, toughening agent, color masterbatch, antioxidant, polyphthalamide (PPA) and polylactic acid to obtain a premix and (c) preparing the premix by melt blending and extruding in a twin-screw extruder, cooling and cutting.
