NOVELTY - Preparation of epoxy-based composite material involves weighing 30-80 g bisphenol A epoxy resin, adding 10-30 g o-chloroaniline, magnetically stirring at 50-150 degrees C for 1-3 hours, completely dissolving curing agent, obtaining homogeneous mixture, separately subjecting boron nitride/melamine composite sponge and graphene/melamine composite sponge to epoxy encapsulation perfusion, degassing at 80-120 degrees C, heating at 120-160 degrees C, pre-curing for 1-4 hours, continuously heating to 160-200 degrees C, curing for 1-4 hours and demolding. USE - Preparation of epoxy-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides epoxy-based composite material having boron content of 1.7 wt.%, graphite content of 0.74 wt.%, conductivity of respectively 0.62 W/mK and 0.73 W/mK, and high thermal conductivity, by simple method with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of epoxy-based composite material involves adding 0.5-5 g boron nitride to 50-500 ml isopropanol, ultrasonically processing at 100-500 W at room temperature for 8-24 hours, centrifuging at 1000-3000 rpm for 10-60 minutes, maintaining stripped boron nitride nanosheet dispersion such that the concentration of dispersion is 0.5-2 mg/ml, adding 10-50 ml deionized water to 10-50 ml dispersion, obtaining isopropanol/water dispersion of 0.1-1 mg/ml boron nitride nanoplatelet, dispersing graphene oxide in water, obtaining 0.5-2 mg/ml uniform dispersion (A), preparing 0.5-2 mg/ml polyethyleneimine aqueous solution, immersing melamine sponge in polyethyleneimine aqueous solution for 1-5 minutes, rinsing using deionized water, immersing in aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide or isopropanol/water dispersion of boron nitride nanosheet for 1-5 minutes, rinsing the sponge using deionized water, obtaining graphene oxide or boron nitride nanosheet layer assembly deposited on melamine surface of composite sponge, drying, immersing resultant product in an aqueous solution of reducing agent, maintaining at 95 degrees C for 1-5 hours, obtaining restored graphene/melamine composite sponge, weighing 30-80 g bisphenol A epoxy resin, adding 10-30 g o-chloroaniline, magnetically stirring at 50-150 degrees C for 1-3 hours, completely dissolving curing agent, obtaining homogeneous mixture, separately subjecting boron nitride/melamine composite sponge and graphene/melamine composite sponge to epoxy encapsulation perfusion, degassing at 80-120 degrees C, heating at 120-160 degrees C, pre-curing for 1-4 hours, continuously heating to 160-200 degrees C, curing for 1-4 hours and demolding.
