NOVELTY - A municipal construction road paving material comprises asphalt binder and aggregate. The asphalt binder comprises 80-120 pts. wt. road petroleum asphalt, 1-4 pts. wt. emulsifier, 15-25 pts. wt. polyurethane-modified epoxy resin, 1-10 pts. wt. sepiolite, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. UV-aging-resistant agent, and 15-30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Municipal construction road paving material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The road paving material has excellent resistance to temperature change, aging resistance, weather resistance, and performance characteristics, and is environmentally-friendly.
