NOVELTY - A ceramic nozzle comprises oil shale residue, germanite, feldspar, ball clay, sewage sludge, steel slag, titanium dioxide whisker, sodium sulfite, sodium carbonate, potassium sorbate, graphene oxide, glass flakes, nonylphenol ether, triethanolamine, auxiliary agent and water, where the auxiliary agent comprises carboxymethylcellulose, dodecylbenzene sulfonate, polyethylene glycol, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, rice bran powder, basalt, halloysite, coffee sawdust, magnesium chloride, nano-sodium silicate and lead naphthenate. USE - Ceramic nozzle. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic nozzle has better toughness, high temperature resistance, better wearability, better corrosion-resistance, reduced cost, and is simple and convenient to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ceramic nozzle comprises 3-5 pts. wt. oil shale residue, 1-3 pts. wt. germanite, 2-4 pts. wt. feldspar, 1-2 pts. wt. ball clay, 6-8 pts. wt. sewage sludge, 4-6 pts. wt. steel slag, 65-75 pts. wt. titanium dioxide whisker, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. sodium sulfite, 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. potassium sorbate, 2.1-2.6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.6-0.9 pts. wt. glass flakes, 6-8 pts. wt. nonylphenol ether, 4-6 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 3-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and water, where the auxiliary agent comprises 15-19 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 2.3-4.8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 3.1-4.5 pts. wt. methacrylic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 4-6 pts. wt. rice bran powder, 3-4 pts. wt. basalt, 2-4 pts. wt. halloysite, 3-6 pts. wt. coffee sawdust, 1.1-2.4 pts. wt. magnesium chloride, 1.3-2.7 pts. wt. nano-sodium silicate and 0.5-0.9 pts. wt. lead naphthenate, and the auxiliary agent is prepared by pulverizing basalt and halloysite to 120-150 mesh, adding coffee sawdust, stirring magnesium chloride to obtain mixture, calcining the mixture at 710-820 degrees C for 2-3 hours, water-quenching the mixture, adding polyethylene glycol, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, polyvinyl acetate, and lead naphthenate at a bath temperature of 70-90 degrees C, grinding to slurry with particle size of 15 mu m or less, and spray-drying into a powder, mixing the obtained powder with carboxymethyl cellulose, rice bran powder, nano-grade silicon sodium and other remaining ingredients and milling for 1-2 hours to obtain the auxiliary agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a ceramic nozzle, which involves mixing oil shale residue, germanite and magnetic stone to obtain mixture, sintering the obtained mixture in a sintering furnace at 750-880 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding 1-3% calcium chloride solution, quenching, when the temperature is reduced to 40-60 degrees C, crushing the resultant mixture to 120-180 meshes, mixing and crushing ball clay, a sewage sludge and steel slag to 100-150 meshes, adding titanium dioxide crystal whisker, sodium sulfite and graphene oxide to obtain a mixed product, sintering the mixed product at 680-790 degrees C for 1-2 hours, grinding for 30-40 minutes, adding polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether and triethanolamine and carrying out high speed grinding to obtain grain diameter of 20-30 mu m, spray-drying the resultant mixture, mixing the mixture with water, pulping to obtain solid content of 50-60%, adding rest component, stirring for 8-10 times for 2 hours/time to obtain slurry, molding the slurry to obtain molded product, trimming the molded product, followed by drying and sintering the molded product in the furnace at 1500-1750 degrees C for 5-10 hours, cooling and discharging to obtain a finished product.
