NOVELTY - A solar photovoltaic cable comprises 25-38 pts. wt. polyphenyl thioether, 30-45 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 15-22 pts. wt. graphene-modified polyethylene resin, 12-18 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 7-15 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 13-20 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 6-14 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 10-16 pts. wt. filler, 3-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Solar photovoltaic cable. ADVANTAGE - The photovoltaic cable has good water-proof, anti-corrosion and flame-retardant properties, good electromagnetic shielding effect, and improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the solar photovoltaic cable comprising weighing polyphenyl thioether, ethylene-copolymer vinyl, graphene-modified polyethylene resin, polyethylene wax, and dioctyl phthalate, adding into internal mixer, and banburying for 5-10 minutes to obtain first product; adding modified attapulgite clay, magnesium hydroxide, filler, flame retardant, and antioxidant and mixing; extruding, molding, and granulating; and wrapping on conductor surface, forming, cooling, coiling, and irradiating.
