▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified phenolic resin comprises (i) adding formaldehyde to the molten phenol A during stirring, stirring for 10-60 minutes, then cool down, and adding a basic catalyst to obtain a mixed solution, heating the mixed solution at the rate of 0.2-0.5 degrees C/minutes to 80-90 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, (ii) uniformly mixing the molten phenol B and the graphene oxide to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, and (iii) cooling the mixed solution, uniformly mixing with the resulting graphene oxide dispersion, heating at the rate of 0.05-0.35 degrees C/minutes to 75-85 degrees C, then raising the temperature at the rate of 0.23-0.3 degrees C/minutes to 90-98 degrees C for 2-4 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified phenolic resin. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the dispersibility of graphene in a phenolic resin.
