▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-metal composite wire by low-temperature continuous method, comprises providing wire, transferring wire between the input end and the output end of the roll using roll-to-roll deposition method, and depositing graphene layer on the surface of the metal wire through plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process during the wire transmission process, where deposition temperature of the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process is 700-850 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-metal composite wire by low-temperature continuous method. ADVANTAGE - The method improves performance of graphene-metal composite wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-metal composite wire comprising metal wire having length of greater than or equal to 1 m and graphene layer covering the surface of the metal wire having uniform thickness, where graphene layer is formed using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process at 700-850 degrees C.
