NOVELTY - Processing carbon fiber sizing agent comprises (i) mixing epoxy resin, higher fatty acid amide and water-soluble sulfone aldehyde resin, (ii) introducing an air flow, mixing epoxy resin, higher fatty acid amide and water-soluble sulfone aldehyde resin, adding hydrophilic emulsifier, deionized water and graphene oxide, mixing for five minutes, continuously mixing for four minutes, (iv) adding defoamer, and mixing for one minute, and (v) adding the polyether alcohol, stirring for 15 minutes, and allowing to stand for 5 minutes to obtain carbon fiber sizing agent. USE - The method is useful for processing carbon fiber sizing agent.
