NOVELTY - The method involves performing cutting, milling and homogenizing core layer alloy ingot and cladding alloy ingot to obtain a core layer alloy and a clad alloy. Laser etching is performed in a surface of the core-layer alloy. A graphene mixture material is sprayed. Laser cladding is performed in a surface generating barrier layer. A first core alloy, the core layer alloy and the clad alloy are sequentially overlapped. Hot rolling, primary annealing, cold rolling, secondary anneal and cooling are performed to obtain a corrosion-proof aluminum brazing composite plate. USE - Method for manufacturing corrosion resistant aluminum brazing composite plate for use in an automobile. Can also be used in aerospace and building. ADVANTAGE - The method enables setting a barrier layer containing metal graphene to improve interface performances and corrosion resistance of the aluminum brazing composite plate.
