NOVELTY - Composite powder comprises graphene, calcium carbonate and 0.1-10 mass% of surface active agent. The mass ratio of the graphene and calcium carbonate is 1:100. USE - The composite powder is useful in polymer material, preferably PVC material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite powder can be simply prepared with good physical and chemical property in an economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing the composite powder comprising adding sodium carbonate solution and calcium chloride solution with graphite in a mole ratio of 1:1-1:2 and then heating, adding surface active agent and then heating at 60-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours and cooling to 25 degrees C, and adding calcium carbonate and then stirring at 400-1000 revolutions per minute to obtain slurry and then separating and drying; and (2) preparing polymer composite material comprising mixing composite powder and polymer with master batch to prepare nanometer polymer composite material, where the content of the polymer composite material is 0.1-50% and master batch is 10-80%.
