NOVELTY - The method involves arranging glass fiber wool in a vacuum pyrolysis furnace. Thickness of the glass fiber wool is about 5-10 mm. Ethyl orthosilicate content is added to the vacuum pyrolysis furnace. Argon pneumatic rare gas is output under 200-450 degrees centigrade temperature by adopting a plasma assistant chemical gas phase deposition algorithm. A rear fiber is cooled at room temperature. Thickness of the rear fiber is about 0.01-10nm. The glass fiber is coated with composite material of a graphene layer. USE - High conducting heat glass fiber blanket manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving intensity of the graphene layer, production efficiency and blanket manufacturing quality, reducing manufacturing time consumption, realizing stable operation and avoiding processing pollution.
