NOVELTY - A photocatalyst structure (10) comprises 1st carrier (11), 2nd carrier (13) which contains graphene oxide and oxidation graphite (12) on 1st carrier, and 1st inorganic oxide particle (14) which consists of titanium oxide, zinc oxide, tungsten oxide and niobium oxide chosen as top of greater than or equal to 1 of 1st carrier and 2nd carrier. USE - A photocatalyst structure. ADVANTAGE - Photocatalyst structure has long term stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of photocatalyst structure which involves applying 2nd carrier coating liquid containing graphene oxide dispersed in 1st polar solvent and 1st polar solvent and oxidation graphite on 1st carrier, forming 2nd carrier, dispersing to 2nd polar solvent different from 1st polar solvent, and coating 1st inorganic oxide particle chosen from titanium oxide, zinc oxide, tungsten oxide and niobium oxides on 1st carrier and 2nd carrier; and (2) photocatalyst dispersion liquid comprising 1st inorganic oxide particle which has photocatalytic action chosen from titanium oxide, zinc oxide, tungsten oxide, and niobium oxide, greater than or equal to 1 of graphene oxide and oxidation graphite, and 2nd polar solvent.
