NOVELTY - A boron nitride coating comprises 20-50 pts. wt. ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, 15-35 pts. wt. aqueous alkyd resin, 5-15 pts. wt. boron nitride, 0.5-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 5-10 glass fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene flake powder, 3-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-15 pts. wt. talc, 5-10 pts. wt. modified nano titanium dioxide, 30-60 pts. wt. solvent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Boron nitride coating used for cables. ADVANTAGE - The boron nitride coating has excellent thermal conductivity, flame-retardant property, corrosion resistance, insulation property, adhesiveness, and surface smoothness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the boron nitride coating, which involves (1) mixing ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, water-based alkyd resin, glass fiber, flake graphene powder, and portion of the solvent to prepare the mixture (m1), (2) mixing boron nitride, aluminum nitride, calcium carbonate, talc, modified nano titanium dioxide with the remainder portion of the solvent, and adding the dispersant to prepare a dispersion, (3) mixing the mixture (m1) with the dispersion to obtain a mixture (m2), and (4) adding the leveling agent and the curing agent to the mixture (m2) and mixing.
