▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermal insulation material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene particles, 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy-modified phenolic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. coated expanded perlite, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. methyl phenyl methoxy silicone oil, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer and 0.1-1 pt. wt. toughening agent. The graphene is obtained by modifying sodium hydroxide solution with tert-butyl phenolic resin. 5-8 Wt.% nickel powder is added to sodium hydroxide solution. The coated expanded perlite comprises expanded perlite, fly ash, iron black powder water and epoxy powder. The mass ratio of expanded perlite, fly ash and iron black powder is 100:1-3:2-4. USE - Thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation material has flexural strength of more than 12 MPa, low water absorption rate and low thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermal insulation material, which involves (1) mixing polystyrene particles and coated expanded perlite with graphene and stirring to obtain mixture (A), (2) heating mixture (A) at 70-90 degrees C, adding epoxy-modified phenolic resin and methyl phenylmethoxy silicone oil, and stirring to obtain mixture (B), (3) placing the mixture (B) under vacuum, adding stabilizer and toughening agent, mixing and cooling to room temperature.
