▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate based on waste and old lithium iron phosphate material comprises taking waste lithium iron phosphate powder and carrying out first sintering treatment in an air atmosphere to obtain impurity-removed and homogenized lithium iron phosphate, mixing the impurity-removing and homogenized lithium iron phosphate, lithium source, reducing agent, carbon source and surfactant in water, obtaining a lithium iron phosphate precursor solution, spray-drying lithium iron phosphate precursor solution, and subjecting the mixture obtained by spray-drying to a second sintering treatment to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate based on waste and old lithium iron phosphate material used for industrial large-scale production of lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, reliable in process, and environment-friendly; and provides regenerated carbon coated lithium iron phosphate with excellent and stable performance.
