NOVELTY - Preparing carbon carrier supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst comprises taking functional small molecule auxiliary comprising nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, oxygen functional group, and platinum based metal nano particles comprises platinum single metal, palladium, gold, silver, ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, iron, rhenium, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, zinc, and/or copper. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon carrier supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: has controllable preparation process, convenient operation, easy amplification, and wide application prospect in the technical field of hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell, electrolytic water hydrogen production, and hydro deoxygenation industrial catalysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon-supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst, prepared by above method, where the metal load quality of the carbon-supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst is 0.1-70%.
