USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon carrier supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: has controllable preparation process, convenient operation, easy amplification, and wide application prospect in the technical field of hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell, electrolytic water hydrogen production, and hydro deoxygenation industrial catalysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon-supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst, prepared by above method, where the metal load quality of the carbon-supported platinum-based nano-particle catalyst is 0.1-70%.
