USE - Graphene treatment agent used for preparing graphene-reinforced composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene treatment agent ensures high strength and stable structure reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene treatment agent comprises 1000 pts. wt. organic solvent, 40-260 pts. wt. acyloxy X diphenyl sulfide, and 25-145 pts. wt. hydroxybenzoate Y thioester. X=chlorine or bromine; and Y'=methyl thioester, ethyl thioester, n-propyl thioester or isopropyl thioester. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene treatment agent, which involves: (A) mixing graphene and treatment agent in an organic solvent to give a mixture; and (B) adding plastic and remaining organic components in the mixture in an injection molding with a metal alloy.
