▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene synergistic biological nano-selenium biological bacterial fertilizer comprises micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, biological nano-selenium and graphene nano-materials in a mass ratio of 1000:1.5-3:5-30, where the total number of particles of organic nutrients and inorganic nutrients required by plants in micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizers in the range of 100-600 nm is not less than 50%, the ratio of graphene particles whose diameter is less than 200 nm is more than 10%, the content of selenium in the biological fertilizer rich in biological nano selenium and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer that requires graphene efficiency is 1000-2000 parts per million (ppm)/kg. The fertilizer is prepared by e.g. (i) preparing graphite dispersion by e.g. (ia) adding mixed microbial agent containing Bacillus subtilis with a nutrient solution containing fragment protein, complex amino acids, peptides and humic acid, and preparing the biological bacterial fertilizer. USE - Used as graphene synergistic biological nano-selenium biological bacterial fertilizer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene synergistic biological nano-selenium biological bacterial fertilizer comprises micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, biological nano-selenium and graphene nano-materials in a mass ratio of 1000:1.5-3:5-30, where the total number of particles of organic nutrients and inorganic nutrients required by plants in micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizers in the range of 100-600 nm is not less than 50%, the ratio of graphene particles whose diameter is less than 200 nm is more than 10%, the content of selenium in the biological fertilizer rich in biological nano selenium and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer that requires graphene efficiency is 1000-2000 parts per million (ppm)/kg. The fertilizer is prepared by (i) preparing graphite dispersion by (ia) adding mixed microbial agent containing Bacillus subtilis with a nutrient solution containing fragment protein, complex amino acids, peptides and humic acid with a total content of 30-50 wt.%, preparing the biological bacterial fertilizer by using the mixed bacteria fermentation technology liquid fertilizer, using biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer as the base liquid, mixed with graphite powder at a ratio of 1000:5-30 to obtain a graphite suspension, (ib) adding the suspension in a high-speed colloid mill, using a high-speed colloid mill with a rotation speed of 15000-30000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to stir and grind for 30-80 minutes to obtain a graphite dispersion liquid based on biological bacterial manure liquid fertilizer, and (ic) simultaneously adding the graphite dispersion liquid, due to the action of high-speed colloid mill mechanical force, the fragment protein, compound amino acid, peptide and humic acid in the biological bacterial manure liquid fertilizer are further broken and degraded to generate free amino acids, oligopeptides and fulvic acid, (ii) preparing graphene synergistic micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer by (iia) placing the graphite dispersion in a dedicated equipment for simultaneous preparation of graphene and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, simultaneously preparing graphene and micro-nano, biological bacterial manure, directly in the graphite dispersion liquid of biological bacterial manure liquid fertilizer as the base liquid, high shear grinding with a shear of 3000 rpm for 3-8 hours, with the help of high shear mechanical force, in the same liquid medium, and using the same process to perform liquid phase stripping to prepare graphene and liquid phase ultrafine crushing to prepare micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer, and (iib) adding the graphene prepared in the same medium and micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer base liquid, taking out at the moment when graphene, under the action of high shear mechanical force, immediately reacting newly-generated graphene with the newly released amino, hydroxy and carboxy groups in the micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer to generate hydrophilic active groups, so that the graphene nano-materials are dispersed in the micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer base in the process, forming a stable graphene dispersion, and preparing a graphene-enhanced micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer compounded with a nano-graphene synergist and a micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer, and (iii) adding the composition comprising B. subtilis and Actinomycetes, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, nitrate bacteria, phosphate-dissolving bacteria, potassium-releasing bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria graphene synergistic micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer comprising mixed microbial flora of lactic acid bacteria group, performing activation treatment of the microbial flora in the biological bacterial manure and selenium dioxide, according to the mass ratio of 1000:1.5-3, placing in the production of bacterial manure equipment, using the fermentation process of preparing bacterial manure, mixing and stirring for 60 minutes, after under normal temperature conditions, using intermittent stirring, stirring once a day, each time for 30 minutes, statically fermenting, and directly transforming selenium dioxide in micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer through microorganisms for 24-30 hours to synthesize nano-sized red nano elemental selenium, graphene synergistic biological nano-selenium compound micro-nano biological bacterial fertilizer liquid fertilizer.
