▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Printing (M1) a circuit in aerosol jet process or plasma jet process comprises: dispersing graphene into cyclohexanone/terpineol at a ratio of 85:15 to form a graphene ink; and printing a circuit in an aerosol jet process or a plasma jet process using the graphene ink. USE - The methods are useful for printing a circuit in aerosol jet process or plasma jet process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) printing (M2) a circuit in aerosol jet process or plasma jet process comprising dispersing platinum nanopowders in a water and ethylene glycol mixture at a ratio of 17:30 to form a platinum ink and printing a circuit in an aerosol jet process or a plasma jet process using the platinum ink; and (2) printing a (M3) circuit in aerosol jet process or plasma jet process comprising dispersing titanium carbide flakes in water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml to form a titanium carbide ink and printing a circuit in an aerosol jet process or a plasma jet process using the titanium carbide ink.
