▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multifunctional graphene polyester comprises 1-5 wt.% hydroxylated graphene, 0.19-0.2 wt.% catalyst, 0.08-0.12 wt.% stabilizer, 0.3-0.5 wt.% antioxidant, 0.4-0.5 wt.% lubricant and dihydric alcohol and diacid in a molar ratio 1:1.05-1:1.2. USE - Used as a multifunctional graphene polyester. ADVANTAGE - The polyester utilizes hydroxylated graphene, which achieves true ternary copolymerization and can exhibit excellent multifunctionality e.g. ease of processing, antibacterial, antistatic and far-infrared properties; and can improve the pseudo-viscosity, poor fluidity and production difficulties caused by the dispersion of hydroxylated graphene in polyester. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multifunctional graphene polyester comprising (a) preparing auxiliary materials by heating diol to 80-120degrees Celsius in the auxiliary material kettle, adding hydroxylated graphene, antioxidants, stabilizers and lubricants, uniformly mixing to obtain auxiliary materials, (b) preparing slurry by adding dihydric alcohol and dibasic acid into the slurry kettle, adding catalyst and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry, (c) esterification reaction by moving slurry to an esterification kettle for esterification reaction at 235-265degrees Celsius under room pressure, where the reaction end point is that the esterification rate reaches 80-90%, moving slurry in the first esterification kettle to the second esterification kettle after reaching the end of the reaction, adding auxiliary materials to mix, performing esterification reaction at 235-265degrees Celsius under room pressure, where reaction end point is that the esterification rate reaches 95-98% and obtaining esterification material after reaching the reaction end point, (d) polycondensation reaction by moving esterification material to the pre-shrinking kettle to carry out the pre-polycondensation reaction at 240-270degrees Celsius under vacuum at absolute pressure of 2-8 KPa, where the end point of the reaction is that the online viscosity reaches 0.2-0.3 dl/g, moving product obtained by the reaction to the final condensation still after completion of pre-shrinking, continuing the polycondensation reaction at 260-290degrees Celsius under vacuum of 50-400 Pa, where the end point of the reaction is that the online viscosity reaches 0.65-0.80 dl/g, performing final polymerization to obtain product multifunctional graphene polyester.
