NOVELTY - The system has an aero-gel well wall located in a combustible ice reservoir with high stability, permeability, thermal conductivity and water control. A methane natural gas production channel is located in the aero-gel well wall and filled with hot carbon fluid. A carbon mining combustible-graphene and thermal system is provided with a hydro-gel cover and a hydro-gel cover plate. The hydro-gel cover plate is formed above the combustible ice reservoir. The carbon mining combustible-graphene and thermal system is provided with a graphene diaphragm. An annular space is surrounded by exploiting well bushing, an oil pipe and a packer. USE - System for mining combustible ice with graphene and hot carbon. ADVANTAGE - The system has low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, low cost and low pollution, and systematically avoids combustible ice reservoir collapse, sand, water, overlying combustible ice cap layer collapse, deflation and water leakage problems.
