NOVELTY - A high radiation paint comprises organic silicone resin, acrylic resin, bisphenol epoxy resin, alkyd resin, graphene, cobalt iso-octoate, copper, zinc oxide powder, silicon carbide powder, titanium powder, hydroxyethyl cellulose, triethylene diamine, chitosan, lauryl alcohol ester, hydroquinone, polyacrylamide, floating type aluminum powder slurry, anhydrous ethanol, and deionized water. USE - High radiation paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has simple preparation method, excellent radiating performance, strong adhesion, acid and alkali resistance, and strong water resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high radiation paint comprises 80 pts. wt. organic silicone resin, 54 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 42 pts. wt. bisphenol epoxy resin, 28 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 11-13 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. cobalt iso-octoate, 2-4 pts. wt. copper, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide powder, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium powder, 8-12 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 4-8 pts. wt. triethylene diamine, 3-7 pts. wt. chitosan, 5-9 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol ester, 1-5 pts. wt. hydroquinone, 5-9 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 25-35 pts. wt. floating type aluminum powder slurry, 65-75 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, and 35-45 pts. wt. deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high radiation paint comprising: (A) weighing the raw materials specified above; (B) grinding the obtained materials from step (A), and adding floating aluminum powder slurry, absolute ethanol and deionized water; (C) mixing the organic silicone resin, acrylic resin, bisphenol epoxy resin, alkyd resin, graphene and isooctane acid cobalt in the mixer, controlling temperature at 35-45 degrees C, low speed mixing for 10-20 minutes, then raising the temperature to 55-65 degrees C, and mixing for 5-10 minutes at high speed to obtain mixed material A; (D) placing the copper powder in step (B) after grinding, adding zinc oxide powder, silicon carbide powder and titanium dioxide powder in the mixer, controlling temperature at 38-42 degrees C, and high speed mixing for 14-18 minutes to obtain the mixed material B; (E) adding the hydroxyethyl cellulose, triethylene diamine, chitosan, lauryl alcohol ester, hydroquinone, and polyacrylamide in the mixer, controlling temperature at 75-85 degrees C, low speed mixing for 20-30 minutes, increasing the temperature to 95-100 degrees C, and high speed mixing for 4-6 minutes to obtain mixture C; and (F) adding the obtained mixed material A and the mixed material B into the reactor, heating in water bath at 41-43 degrees C, slowly adding absolute ethanol and deionized water, magnetic force stirring for 40 minutes, adding mixture C and floating type aluminum powder slurry, raising the temperature to 50-55 degrees C, magnetically stirring for 40 minutes, standing for 24 hours, and removing the supernatant to obtain the high radiation paint.
