NOVELTY - The method involves leading (S1) out base cloth. The closed ring-shaped base fabrics which are overlapped and sleeved in a stacked mode is formed (S2). A hot pressing device is started (S3) where the hot pressing device is used for pressurizing and heating the multilayer closed-loop base cloth. The heated rubber materials on the surfaces of the two adjacent layers of base cloth are melted. The two adjacent layers of base cloth are connected into through the rubber materials under the action of pressure, and the pressurizing and heating operation is an upper and lower flat plate intermittent pressurizing and heating operation or a heating wheel type continuous heating and pressurizing operation. USE - Method for manufacturing endless conveyor belt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids that the rubber material is not easy to permeate into the tissue structure of the conveying belt base cloth in the manufacturing process of the existing conveying belts. The issues of bad bonding of the base cloth layer of the conveyor belt is avoided.
