NOVELTY - Preparation of yellow phosphor powder of graphene quantum dot involves adding 0.1-0.3 g amiloride to 10-30 ml ethanol solution, adding 1-3 ml acetic acid to ethanol solution, stirring ethanol solution for 10 minutes to form mixed solution, transferring mixed solution into 25-50 ml PTFE high pressure reactor, and reacting at 180-230 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain product containing graphene quantum dots solution; cooling product solution containing graphene quantum dots, taking out product solution from PTFE autoclave, and filtering through filter. USE - Method for preparing yellow phosphor powder of graphene quantum dot used in next-generation LED white lighting applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally friendly. It has low-cost.
