▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene thin film comprises directly adhering the graphene film to a polymer substrate, which are covalently bonded, exposing the surface of the graphene thin film to contact with a growth substrate, and taking for production of functional device surface. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene thin film. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy; and can make the graphene thin film to be attached on the substrate by covalent bond, thus the thin film does not easily fall off; and enables the use of fresh graphene film on one side of a functional device integral part, thus improving the efficiency of the functional device, and is suitable for industrial use.
