NOVELTY - Thermal radiating nanomedicine, comprises amphiphilic graphene, nano gold particles supported on amphiphilic graphene surface connected with tumor target molecule. USE - Thermal radiating nanomedicine for treating cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermal radiating nanomedicine having strong effect for killing tumor cells, enables to treat cancer through heat treatment composite proton or neutron therapy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermal radiating nanomedicine, which involves: (A) modifying diisocyanate on surface of graphene oxide; (B) adding carboxyl group-containing polymer and tumor targeting molecule to obtain amphiphilic graphite; (C) growing gold nanoparticles insitu on surface of obtained amphiphilic graphite; and (D) adding amino-containing tumor targeted molecule with amphiphilic graphene carboxyl group to obtain the desired thermal radiating nano-medicine.
