▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The plate has a graphene layer (2) and a molybdenum sulfide layer (3). The graphene layer comprises a graphene oxide, and the graphene layer and the molybdenum sulfide layer are stacked on each other to form a layered structure. The graphene layers and the molybdenum sulfide layers are stacked alternately, when the total number of the graphene layers and the molybdenum sulfide layers is greater than or equal to three layers. USE - Sensor electrode plate for flexible sensor (claimed) of wearable electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to medical care monitoring, soft robot, artificial intelligence application and human-machine interface. ADVANTAGE - The comfort and fit of the flexible sensor is good, the sensing performance is good, the reusable times and response time is good, the sensitivity under large strain working environment is far higher than conventional capacitive sensors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing of the sensor electrode plate.
