NOVELTY - Formation of graphene involves depositing carbon and catalytic metal on a substrate (102), heating the carbon and catalytic metal, and forming graphene (108) on the substrate. USE - Formation of graphene used for fabricating electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical formation of graphene having high quality, and excellent optical transmittance by a simple process.
