NOVELTY - Graphene biological sponge comprises polyether polyol, grafted polyether, A-1 catalyst, A-33 catalyst, silicone oil, graphite, diatomite, butyltin octoate and toluene diisocyanate. USE - The sponge is useful in air purification and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves naturalness and microporosity of the sponge; produces spong, which can release negative ion and far infrared ray, thus the sponge can adsorb and decompose bacteria and harmful gases in the sponge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of biological sponge, comprising (a) stirring diatomite and graphene in a stirrer for stirring for 2-3 hours, (b) conveying into a rotary kiln, roasting at 870-1100 degrees C for 2-5 hours, removing organic matters and water, (c) transferring into a ball milling mixer, and ball milling, (d) taking the mixed powder in a stirring barrel, adding polyether polyol and grafted polyether, stirring by a high-speed stirrer, at 8000 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes, (e) adding A-1 catalyst, A-33 catalyst and silicone oil, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes, and (f) adding butyltin octoate and toluene diisocynate, stirring at a high speed of 8000 revolutions/minute for 5-7 seconds, transferring into a foaming box for 2-3 seconds and free foaming.
