NOVELTY - Preparing flexible temperature sensing material comprises soaking the composite nonwoven fabric after plasma treatment into the mixed solution of reducing graphene oxide and carbon nanotube, ultrasonically processing the mixed solution, taking out the composite nonwoven fabric, and drying to obtain the flexible temperature sensing material. USE - Method for preparing a flexible temperature sensing material of a flexible temperature sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flexible temperature sensing material which has stable conductive network structure, and improves the precision, sensitivity and stability of the flexible temperature sensing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a flexible temperature sensor, which comprises an insulating layer, a sensitive layer and another insulating layer which are sequentially connected, where the sensitive layer is connected with an electrode layer. The sensitive layer comprises the flexible temperature sensing material. The electrode layer includes copper, silver, and conductive paste.
