USE - Used as phosphorescent material based on graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The material: has no-radiative transition of triplet electron, excellent phosphorescent property and prolonged lifetime. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene quantum dot-based phosphorescent material comprising (i)adding phosphorus-containing precursor and selenium-containing precursor are separately to the solvent, stirring, and allowing to completely dissolve to obtain first mixture, (ii) subjecting the first mixture to hydrothermal reaction to obtain second mixture, and (iii) purifying and drying the resultant.
