▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing oil-absorbing hollow fiber porous membrane, involves: (i) adding graphene into dispersing agent, mixing, performing ultrasonic dispersing to form graphene dispersion liquid; (ii) immersing polymer hollow fiber porous membrane module in the graphene dispersion liquid of step (i), at 0.2-0.8 bar under negative pressure, dead-end filtration for 5-30 minutes, then naturally drying the film in the air; and (iii) reinforcing binding fastness interface between graphene and hollow fiber porous membrane to obtain oil-absorbing hollow fiber porous membrane. USE - For preparing oil-absorbing hollow fiber porous membrane (claimed) used in treating the oily organic matter-polluted water area. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; has low cost; provides easy industrialization; and has good economic benefit and social benefit prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing oil-absorbing hollow fiber porous membrane using graphene as a surface adsorption layer and hollow fiber porous membrane as matrix layer, involves: (i) adding 0.1-1 g graphene into 200-1000 ml dispersing agent, mixing, performing ultrasonic dispersing for 10-50 minutes to form graphene dispersion liquid, where the graphene has thickness of less than 10 nm, and diameter of 0.1-5 microns, and where the dispersing agent is anhydrous ethanol, N-methyl pyrrolidone, tetrahydrofuran, dimethyl formamide or dimethyl acetamide; (ii) immersing polymer hollow fiber porous membrane module in the graphene dispersion liquid of step (i), at 0.2-0.8 bar under negative pressure, dead-end filtration for 5-30 minutes, then naturally drying the film in the air, falling excess of graphene from a hollow fiber porous membrane surface into vacuum oven at negative pressure of 0.1 MPa, drying at normal temperature for 6-12 hours, where the polymer hollow fiber porous membrane is polyvinyl chloride hollow fiber film, polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane, polypropylene hollow fiber film or polyacrylonitrile hollow knitted tube, where the graphene dispersion liquid temperature is 20-30 V; and (iii) reinforcing binding fastness interface between graphene and hollow fiber porous membrane; through the following two treatment method of the enhanced graphene and hollow fiber porous membrane between the two of interfacial bonding fastness : (1) solvent treatment method, firstly configuring and 20-100 wt.% solvent water solution, and then adding the prepared oil absorption hollow fiber porous membrane immersed in the solvent aqueous solution for 1-20 seconds, quickly taking out into a coagulating bath for curing to obtain the oil absorption hollow fiber porous membrane, where the solvent is dimethyl formamide, dimethyl acetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide or xylene; the coagulating bath medium is water diluted solution treatment method comprises the following steps: preparing dilute solution, and then adding the prepared oil absorption hollow fiber porous membrane immersed in the dilute solution, at 0.2-0.8 bar negative pressure and performing suction filtration in 3-20 seconds, quickly taking out into a coagulating bath for curing to obtain the oil absorption hollow fiber porous membrane; the dilute solution is dilute polymer solutions, where the amount of polymer material is 0.5-6 mass%, and the amount of additive is 0-12%, amount of solvent is 82-99 mass%, the sum of each component is 100%; the polymer is a polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene fluoride, polypropylene or polyacrylonitrile, the solvent is dimethyl formamide, dimethyl acetamide, tetrahydrofuran or decahydronaphthalene, and the coagulating bath medium is the solvent water solution or water.
