NOVELTY - The house has two side plates (130) respectively arranged at two sides of a top plate (120) through a bottom plate to form a mouth-shaped box body. A front wall plate (240) rotatably connected with a ground wall plate. A roof body assembly is arranged with the mouth-shaped box body to form a house after unfolding. The roof body assembly is hidden in a frame assembly after folding. A first rotating piece is arranged on a bottom wall plate (210) and a bottom plate bracket. A second rotating piece is arranged between a top wall plate (220) and the top plate. Multiple support rods (430) are arranged on a top portion assembly and the roof body assembly by detachable mounting mode of a connecting piece. An inner side of a house main body is paved with a graphene floor heating layer. USE - Folding house for building construction. ADVANTAGE - The roof body assembly is hidden in the frame assembly after folding to reduce volume of a folding room space for reducing transportation cost. The house is located on a horizontal plane for improving convenience for later use, and can increase tightness between two side plates and the front wall plate by setting a sealing device, and has better rain-proof, dust-proof and windproof effect, and improves stability performance of the house main body during unfolding, reduces time for a user to find a mounting tool.
