NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanoribbon/carbon nanotube heterojunction photoelectric device involves (i) coating a single-walled carbon nanotube dispersion liquid on a fluorine-doped tin oxide conductive glass, drying and calcining, (ii) depositing titanium dioxide and transition metal on the carbon nanotubes, (iii) melting the carbon nanotubes with assistance of hydrogen, and (iv) depositing indium tin oxide transparent electrodes. USE - Preparation of graphene nanoribbon/carbon nanotube heterojunction photoelectric device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene nanoribbon/carbon nanotube heterojunction photoelectric device having improved sensitivity. The photo-generated current and photo-generated voltage of the device can be greatly improved.
