NOVELTY - A steel wire rope core includes core main portion formed by twisting 3-4 large strands of predetermined number of steel wires (1), where each large strands is formed by twisting several small strands. Each small strand is twisted by several rope core composite wires (2), and the small strands and the rope core are respectively covered with inner protective layer (3) and outer protective layer (4). The rope core composite yarn is made by twisting synthetic fiber and nylon rope. The synthetic fiber is formed by twisting high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber and nano-composite metal oxide-polyetheramine composite fiber. The inner protective layer comprises 2-6 parts mass polyethersulfone, 30-40 parts mass bisphenol A epoxy resin, 10-20 parts mass polyurethane, 15-25 parts mass nano graphene, 1-5 parts mass curing agent, 1-5 parts mass defoamer and 15-25 parts mass toughened fiber. USE - Crawler-type hoisting steel wire rope core for crawler crane and hoisting machinery. ADVANTAGE - The rope core ensures excellent flexibility, enhanced tensile strength and compression resistance, stable structure and performance, and high practicability, and provides crawler crane with excellent corrosion resistance, breaking tension, anti-extrusion and friction resistance and enhanced supporting effect.
