▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber composite film involves (1) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, stirring at room temperature for 60-120 minutes to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution, (2) dispersing aqueous graphene oxide solution in cellulose nanofiber suspension and stirring at room temperature for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution of graphene oxide-cellulose nanofibers, (3) uniformly coating graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber mixed solution on the surface of glass mold, placing the glass mold in vacuum oven, gelatinizing the graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber mixed solution, repeating coating and gelation process 5-6 times to obtain graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber composite wet film, (4) vacuum drying the graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber composite wet film and immersing in ethanol solution for 2-3 hours, and (5) hot pressing the graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber composite wet film soaked in ethanol. USE - Preparation of high-barrier graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber composite film used for packaging food and in pharmaceutical application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-cellulose nanofiber composite film ensuring high gas barrier property and effective preservation of perishable products by simple, safe and environmentally-friendly process.
