NOVELTY - Fast curing high-strength double-component MS glue has A component comprising 40-60 wt.% silyl-terminated polyoxypropylene polymer, 4-8 wt.% epoxy curing agent, 2-4 wt.% silane coupling agent, 4-8 wt.% reinforcing filler, 1-2 wt.% ultraviolet absorbent, 1-2 wt.% light stabilizer, where the reinforcing filler includes 20-40 wt.% graphene, 75-90 wt.% epoxy resin and 5-10 wt.% surfactant sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), or 20-40 wt.% graphene, 75-90 wt.% epoxy resin, and 5-10 wt.% gamma -aminopropyl triethoxysilane as silane coupling agent, and a B component comprising 30-40 wt.% epoxy resin, 20-30 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, 10-30 wt.% plasticizer, 1-3 wt.% catalyst and 0.1-0.5 wt.% titanium pigment. USE - Used as a fast curing high-strength double-component MS glue (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The MS glue ensures reduced agglomeration phenomenon of processed graphene, and has improved tensile strength, shear strength, dispersing effect and compression rebound performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the fast-curing high-strength double-component modified silicone (MS) glue, comprising (a) stirring silyl-terminated polyoxypropylene polymer, epoxy curing agent, silane coupling agent and reinforcing filler in a stirring kettle at 100-120 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hours, heating the kettle to 80-100 degrees C, adjusting vacuum degree to 40-50 Pa, stirring for 1-2 hours, cooling the kettle to 40-50 degrees C, adding ultraviolet absorbent and light stabilizer, stirring for 0.5-1 hours, vacuum extracting and defoaming, sealing and packaging to obtain the A component, (b) stirring epoxy resin, nano calcium carbonate, plasticizer, catalyst and titanium pigment in another stirring kettle at 100-120 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, vacuum extracting and defoaming, sealing and packaging to obtain the B component, (c) stirring the B component and the A component in the weight ratio of the A component and the B component as 1:1-3 at 100-120 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours to obtain the double-component MS glue.
